All gleaners are required to follow these protocols while gleaning, transporting or otherwise engaged with the Haywood Gleaners.
Food/Farm Safety Rules
All gleaners are required to read this form annually before signing the liability form. There is a checkbox on the gleaning liability/medical form to indicate the volunteer has read the rules.
Liability Waiver
This document must be signed by all gleaners during every gleaning season (once per year).
HG Driver Authorization Form
Required by all volunteers who drive a vehicle in any capacity for Haywood Gleaners. This form is valid until the volunteer no longer transports for HG at which time the documents will be shredded. Transporters are also required to provide a copy of their driver’s license and proof of insurance, which will also be shredded when a transporter is no longer volunteering for Haywood Gleaners.
